I was quite surprised with the low ratings. However, this was my first purchase buying Workbench. The site was easy to search for what I needed and provided much information on the Workbench. I loved how I was able to order Workbench before placing my orderand it didn't take long to receive. I plan to order from site again since my credit card has offer rewards.
Ordered new Workbench. Great sale prices. Beautiful furniture and I've gotten lots of compliments. The Workbench originally came damaged. I called Wayfair while delivery guys were still there. They ordered a replacement and told me to keep the damaged one until the new one came. New one was delivered about 2-3 weeks later in perfect condition. Sometimes, people have to realize Wayfair is a fulfillment house--you place the order, they place it with the manufacturer and it is shipped from there.
Every single time I've dealt with Wayfair, I've had an outstanding experience. And, they are dealing with a Karen. Seriously, they are nice, accommodating and do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. They have earned a lifelong customer because of their outstanding customer service each and every time. Thank you Wayfair for being a step above the rest!
I try, whenever possible, to buy local, pay cash and support my community with my transactions. When I do go online, I want something of quality and I need it fast. I have Wayfair as my first stop for furnishings for the home. The reviews are helpful, the quality tends to be high overall, and the customer service is very good. I hold their feet to the fire when I am unhappy, and they respond. I think our on-line businesses are as good as we demand they be, and I think Wayfair does a great job.
Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.
I have purchased multiple home furnishing items from Wayfair over the past 12 months. My very first purchase was a Workbench, one I had priced locally and found on Wayfair for less than half the retail cost. When the Workbench arrived, it had shipping damage. I immediately contacted Wayfair who had a team pick up the Workbench the next morning and they had a new one in my house within a week. To ensure that the replacement was in good condition, they provided in home delivery at no cost. Everything was perfect and we love this Workbench.
I have recently purchased a number of items needed to set up a new home. Some products worked out; some didn't, or couldn't be shipped in time. However, throughout, I have spoken with countless Wayfair employees who have been helpful, respectful, understanding and empathetic! They always, always make things right, no exceptions.
Wayfair is my favorite home decor site. I was confused by all of the low scores and thought perhaps they were being unfairly reviewed. When examining the dates of the low scores, it appears that people are most upset with having to wait for their stuff which to me is an unfair criticism in light of Covid. They had promotional free shipping on returns earlier this year which was really nice, but I get why that can be costly for the company.
I have purchased the Workbench from this site. There customer service is excellent and helpful. Any problem with shipping or damages they are willing to correct it, ASAP. I have been very pleased with this company
I have purchased many items from Wayfair.The merchandise is high quality and if you do have any problems with an order they always make it right. I received an item damaged. I called, they replaced it for free and got it on my front step within a couple of days! Very happy!
They work hard to make things right, I am very articular about things and if I am not happy with an item I buy online I expect the same service as I would get from a local store. If you call customer service you will be satisfied with results every time.
During that last few months I have purchased a number of items (Workbench) from Wayfair. I have all of the products to be of very good quality, and their Customer Service has been excellent. I was happy with EVERYTHING. Amazing customer service.
This may have changed over the years but as of present, wayfair customer service has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They've issued me credits even when I did not ask for one. They're available to chat most of the time as well.
I needed furniture for my new apartment, so I ordered two Workbench for my house, as well as a bed and mattress for my bedroom. I also ordered two sets of dishes, cloth napkins, and placemats for the kitchen. I have nothing but glowing remarks for Wayfair. Quality of everything is AMAZING, and it was all delivered on time--some even earlier than expected! I highly recommend their products and appreciate the awesome customer service!
I have ordered multiple items thru Wayfair and have had great service and the products were as advertised. In fact, a neighbor asked for advice on using Wayfair on my neighborhood website and got 16 positive comments from different people about how good each of their experiences were. I personally had an item delivered damaged, and Wayfair sent another one immediately with no questions.
After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Workbench was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Workbench are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
This store has everything for your home and the largest selection you will find anywhere. I was shopping for Workbench and thought I would find a few here, could not believe the amount they had. I found what I was looking for and they were less expensive than any other stores. They offer free shipping on all items over $49. You will fall in love with there customer service. They are my new go to store.

I ordered a Workbench and after I realized it was going to arrive later than expected I tried to cancel online with no luck as the system told me it was already loaded for shipment. The customer service rep was outstanding and got everything taken care of for me in a matter of minutes. Very impressed and will continue buying from Wayfair as a result!
I thought the customer service was amazing! Got on the phone with a rep immediately and she was super kind and helpful. I needed to buy a Workbench but I had three visa gift cards I wanted to use toward it. Couldn't figure out how to do it myself so the customer service rep walked me through the whole thing and put them in manually for me! SO nice and highly recommend their service.
I have been purchasing from Wayfair for several years, and I love them! Their shipping is free- which is very important to me because I do not have access to easy shopping living in the country. The products offered have good quality, and I especially Love their art work! It is very unique and different. I review my orders honestly and quickly- and receive reward monies for doing so. I've boycotted Walmart and Amazon for being billionaire-centric instead of paying a living wage. This store is an awesome alternative. I finally needed their customer service and they far exceeded my expectations there as well.
I ordered a Workbench from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. I found out late in the process that the delivery would be delayed and was freaking out! So by being int ouch with the customer service dept. I was eventually put on the line with J. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me! The set is gorgeous, so the quality of their product is obviously great as well. Thank you J. and the Wayfair team!

Great company and wonderful, products quality products. Fast service and customer service is very helpful. I had one item arrive missing a part. I was told that they could send me a new product or send me the part. I had the missing part within a week. No questions asked. Everything else I ordered came packaged great with no defects and when the large item arrived, the delivery men put it just where I needed it. I would highly recommend this company.
Wayfair is always my first shopping site for furniture and home decor. The search filters are more detailed than other sites so I can zoom in on what I'm looking for. They also are quick to answer questions regarding specifics of their merchandise. Their shipping is quick and their customer service is responsive when things arrive damaged. I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed.
The Quality of Workbench I have purchased from wayfair has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first... but we worried for nothing. Very happy. Shipping takes a while on this one so plan accordingly.
I'm using them more and more these days. The pricing is decent for household goods (interior and exterior), their options seem endless, and they provide quality products. If you like online shopping. I think you will like Wayfair. A good online source.

I ordered Workbench. Easy to assemble and took only a few minutes. I am not good at this so I was pleased. Love the white. It does not look cheap. Have had compliments on how attractive Workbench. It took about a week to deliver. The Workbench came. I was worried but I will order again from them. Nice not to have to pay duty as I am Canadian.
I had a great experience with Wayfair. Fast shipping, reasonable shipping costs if not free shipping. I had to return a defected/damaged item. They sent a replacement. The company didn't want the other piece back since the shipping would not have been worth it.
