Huge selection & good prices. I bought many things through this site, always found the items I liked in a very good prices and they have a good quality. They have a great selection, good prices and from our experience, know how to take care of their customers.
I received my package when they said it would arrive. The box itself had a squished corner, not too concerning as the contents were packaged very well. One of the pieces did end up being damaged. I called customer service to get a replacement part. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes, no hassle and they already have a replacement part on the way, free of charge! The representative who helped me was so kind! I'll definitely think of wayfair if I need anything else for our house!
I ordered a Workbench from Wayfair and another Workbench from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Workbench, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. I only wish they had the other Workbench as I'm quite sure I'd be enjoying that as well right now. I at 1st felt Wayfair prices were a bit higher than other retailers, but I'm at the point I'd rather pay the extra just to rest assured that I will receive my order. I will be a returning customer, and want to thank you for the positive experience shopping at Wayfair. You earned my trust and we'll worth every time.
I've finally ordered a Workbench on Wayfair a while ago and it is better than my old Workbench I threw out! My kids love it and some nights I love it! I've shopped there for years! It's my go to online shopping for anything they have! Great sales too!
I am so surprised by any bad reviews of Wayfair! I have ordered a large amount of products from them in the past 6 months because we are renovating our house. Everything from dressers to vanities to medicine cabinets to side tables to draperies and even 2 bed frames. Everything - everything, has been delivered in a timely fashion and has been of the highest quality! If I need to return or exchange something customer service was extremely helpful! I love Wayfair!
We've ordered most of our furnishings for our new home from Wayfair and I've been very pleased with their service, prices and quality. Delivery is either early or on time. Everything we've received has been complete and in good condition, and when mistakes have been made, their customer service in handling them have been excellent. For example, we ordered an electric fireplace and they sent the wrong model. I called them and was given a 10% refund for our trouble and the new/correct Workbench was here within 7 days and we were told to keep or donate the model that we had originally received, which we're actually going to be able to make use of in our basement.
I had to order Workbench for my new condo. Searched different sties on the internet and Wayfair had the best price and also the items in stock. Ordered and the products arrived within 7 days. I had bought other items from Wayfair in the past and so far I have not been disappointed.
What a really awesome website. Everything they have comes in an array of colours, sizes, styles. It is truly impressive and very easy to get around the site. Great site to shop for just about anything for your home, pet, garden, etc. Bought a Workbench from them. Excellent service and fast shipping.
Not sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating
I've only had one hiccup when shopping Wayfair, but that's expected as things can't run smoothly all the time. The home furnishings I've bought in the past have all been of great quality. Great prices and super-fast shipping! Dealing with customer service reps can be frustrating sometimes, but I've worked in customer service before so I know it's not an easy task all the time.
This online shop has amazing service. I have used them several times. My last order had an item that was damaged. They took care of me, no argument no hassle just replaced the order. Even had a follow up call to make sure everything was received in good condition and if I needed any additional assistance... they get how to take care of customers!
Recently purchased some Workbench. The Workbench shipped extremely quickly and were at my door in 10 days. The Workbench quality was generally good with some screw holes slightly off, but was still able to use the original hardware and everything went together and is very solid. I'm an engineer by trade and a hobby carpenter, but I decided to go store bought for this need and don't regret it. Have received a lot of compliments.

No problems! Wayfair usually comes through on whatever it is that you order through them. I've had a few problems with a couple of furniture pieces, but they replace it w/o any hassle whatsoever. It's just that you have to wait for the piece to be shipped again which is a minor inconvenience sometimes. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my Wayfair experience and would recommend shopping with them to any and all.
I have been impressed with every purchase I've made on wayfair. I don't look for furniture anywhere else now. You just can't beat the quality and prices. This store is a great place if you want quality. Their items are as described. I will buy from them again and again. No problems whatsoever.
Love everything about Wayfair! I especially appreciate it allows for customer reviews on the items as well as pics people have taken so we can view the products in homes. Reading the reviews is so helpful! Especially when purchasing furniture and decor you aren't seeing in person! Everything I've ever ordered has arrived even faster than projected and love the free shipping, which is a huge thing when ordering heavy bulky furniture! I've ordered home items from many other sites and always seem to come back to Wayfair! Don't hesitate to order from them!
I have been ordering from Wayfair for years and they consistently advertise products with accurate descriptions and pictures. I recently bought a Workbenchthat didn't match the web description; Wayfair imediately provided a shipping label and the shipping cost for the return was minimal. Many places charge so much to return a Workbench that in the past I kept the item instead of returning it.
I am surprised to see the bad reviews on other website. I have purchased almost all items in my new house from Wayfair and they are really good! I even needed to change my dining chairs and their customer service was the best in the US! They replaced the Workbench with no additional cost and made sure the process was easy on me. I'll definitely keep shopping with them!
Last purchase was a new Workbench. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another Workbench for my house and household items. I love this company and even though they aren't always the cheapest, their customer service is second to none and I will always shop Wayfair.com first.
I order a Workbench on Black Friday from Wayfair. I just got a call from the delivery service located in my city with not only an update it had arrived but could deliver it the next day. Total of two weeks with proper communication from the company and the delivery service. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume). Long story short, they end up shipping the other one and gifting me a free one for my inconvenience! Like basically a $150 gift! My bad day turned into a blessing! Thanks Wayfair
Our Workbench is just what we wanted. Quality great. Ease of assembly and excellent value for the money. I looked at many Workbench this was by far the best online. When it arrived it really met our needs. Would strongly recommend.
We ordered a Workbench which had been difficult to find, and when the Workbencharrived it was defective. Wayfair immediately granted a full credit with no hassle. It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business. We would absolutely order from Wayfair in the future.
Selection says it all no matter which room were shopping for it always comes back to wayfair. We've bought a Workbench and to many small items to list through Wayfair. The standard shipping or drop delivery for big items it has always gone great that gives me piece of mind not having to worry about lost items. I'll keep shopping through Wayfair because it's easy, safe and the prices are very fair.
I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.
Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.
After reading all the negative reviews I was leery about placing an order but since Wayfair had the cheapest price on the patio deck box I wanted I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. My deck box arrived within five days with no issues whatsoever. I won't hesitate to order again in the future.
I was quite surprised with the low ratings. However, this was my first purchase buying Workbench. The site was easy to search for what I needed and provided much information on the Workbench. I loved how I was able to order Workbench before placing my orderand it didn't take long to receive. I plan to order from site again since my credit card has offer rewards.
Ordered new Workbench. Great sale prices. Beautiful furniture and I've gotten lots of compliments. The Workbench originally came damaged. I called Wayfair while delivery guys were still there. They ordered a replacement and told me to keep the damaged one until the new one came. New one was delivered about 2-3 weeks later in perfect condition. Sometimes, people have to realize Wayfair is a fulfillment house--you place the order, they place it with the manufacturer and it is shipped from there.
Every single time I've dealt with Wayfair, I've had an outstanding experience. And, they are dealing with a Karen. Seriously, they are nice, accommodating and do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. I try, whenever possible, to buy local, pay cash and support my community with my transactions. When I do go online, I want something of quality and I need it fast. I have Wayfair as my first stop for furnishings for the home. The reviews are helpful, the quality tends to be high overall, and the customer service is very good. I hold their feet to the fire when I am unhappy, and they respond. I think our on-line businesses are as good as we demand they be, and I think Wayfair does a great job.
Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.
